Internal Pipeline Coatings
Elite Pipeline Services follows NACE, SSPC, AMPP standards for all Nuclear Coatings and surface preparation processes. It’s through these Nuclear Coating Standards that we apply our knowledge to multiple industries. Our certified coating technicians have received training through NACE level 1 and level 2 coatings inspector programs along with service level 3 safety related qualifications to work directly in line with manufacturer and engineering specifications. Elite Pipeline Services is known as a proven leader in small to large diameter internal pipe coating.
EPS Specializes in Service Level 3 safety related coating applications in nuclear power plant systems. We also provide the industry with coating solutions to meet the adverse environments they face every day. Each application is unique to its environment. Whether your lines are metallic or cementitious, using various types of coatings such as Splash Zone systems or Fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) applied by polar, chemical, or mechanical means, EPS can provide a stable solution to any corrosion issues that may arise.

Surface preparation is critical to proper coating repairs
It is estimated that roughly 80% of coatings failures are a result of improper surface preparation. To combat this, EPS strictly abides by the NACE, SSPC, AMPP, and ISO standards for surface preparation. Utilizing these standards, our inspectors and technicians achieve legitimate surface preparation in order to provide proper adhesion of coatings to any substrate. Through inspection, mechanical, hand, and power tool means, utilizing our state-of-the-art inspection equipment to accurately log ambient conditions and surface profiles ensures substrate coating success, and will lengthen the service time of a pipe.
