Hydro lazing is a very powerful form of water-powered cleaning, which employs a rotating hose device, hose, and nozzle, which all rotate simultaneously. This rotating hose pushes 40gpm to 80gpm at 8,000psi to 40,000psi to a nozzle attached to the end of a hose, all of which is simultaneously rotating. Hydro lazing pushes the nozzle to the wall of the pipe in order to minimize the distance between the cleaning force and material being cleaned. This is an effective method for prepping for coating repairs, getting rid of stuck-on debris, tuberculation, and other hard to remove deposits. Labor cost is significantly reduced by eliminating the need to disassemble pipes and lines in order to clean them.
